WordFall Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pandinex, LLC (doing business as Pandinex) ('we', 'us', or 'our') handles information when you use WordFall, our word puzzle game for Android (the 'App'). It applies only to the App. Our website is covered by the separate Pandinex Privacy Policy.

Summary

• No account. WordFall never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details.
• Your game stays on your device. Settings, progress, scores, coins, and unlocked themes are saved on your phone. We do not receive them.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google collects device identifiers and similar data to show and measure ads. This is the main way data leaves the App.
• Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
• We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information the App collects

Information stored on your device

The App saves the following on your device so the game works between sessions:

• Settings (sound, music, and haptics on or off)
• Game progress, including scores, best results, coins, and unlocked tile themes
• Whether you have purchased 'Remove ads'

This information stays in the App's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Information collected by Google AdMob

The App shows banner, full-screen (interstitial), and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When an ad is requested or shown, the AdMob software inside the App automatically collects and sends to Google:

• Device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID
• IP address, which Google may use to estimate your approximate location (for example, your country or city). The App does not collect precise location.
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and app version
• Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown and whether you tapped or finished watching them
• Diagnostics, such as crash and performance information about the ad software

Where available, Google may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox features (such as Topics and Attribution) to select and measure ads. Google uses this information to deliver ads, measure how ads perform, prevent fraud and abuse, and, depending on your settings, personalise the ads you see. In-app purchases

If you buy 'Remove ads', the purchase is processed by Google Play. Google collects your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your card number or billing details. The App only receives a confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was made, so it can switch off banner and interstitial ads and restore the purchase if you reinstall.

Sharing your results

If you tap Share on the results screen, the App opens Android's share menu with a short text summary of your game. You choose where it goes. We do not see or store what you share.

What the App does not collect

The App does not ask for or access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, precise location, or any other personal or sensitive information. It uses the internet only to load ads and complete purchases.

2. How information is used

• To run the game and remember your settings and progress on your device.
• To show ads that keep WordFall free, and to reward you when you choose to watch a rewarded ad.
• To deliver purchases you make and restore them on a reinstall.
• To keep the App safe, including preventing ad fraud (handled by Google).
• To answer you if you contact us by email.

3. Who information is shared with

The only third party that receives data from the App is Google, in the two roles described above:

• Google AdMob, for advertising
• Google Play, for in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else. The only exceptions would be if the law requires it, or if Pandinex is merged with or sold to another company, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the App.

4. Your ad choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: on most Android devices, open Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads). Deleting it stops apps from using it to personalise ads.
• Limit personalised ads: manage your Google ad settings at My Ad Center. You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.
• Remove ads: buying 'Remove ads' in the App's Settings turns off banner and interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.

5. Data retention and deletion

• On your device: your game data stays until you delete it. You can erase it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage (Settings → Apps → WordFall → Storage → Clear data). A 'Remove ads' purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling.
• On our side: we do not keep any WordFall game data on our servers, and there is no WordFall account to delete.
• With Google: data collected by AdMob and Google Play is kept according to Google's retention policy.
• Emails: if you contact us, we keep your message only as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. How information is protected

Data sent to Google by the ad and billing services is encrypted in transit. Game data on your device is kept in the App's private storage, which Android protects from other apps. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we choose well-established providers and keep the data the App handles to a minimum.

7. Children

WordFall is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, contact us at info@pandinex.com and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to opt out of personalised advertising. Because WordFall stores your game data only on your device and we do not hold it, most of these rights can be exercised directly: clear the App's data, reset your advertising ID, or adjust your Google ad settings as described above. 9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes or when the law requires it. The 'Last updated' date at the top will always show when it last changed. If we make a significant change, such as collecting a new type of data, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
